Winter Camp 2026

We are so excited to take students back to Camp Pondo for another incredible Winter Camp experience! From January 23rd–25th, 2026, students will enjoy a weekend filled with worship, teaching, cabin time, and all the fun Camp Pondo has to offer. This trip is designed to help students grow in their faith, build lasting community, and step away from everyday distractions to hear from God in a powerful way.

Drop-off will take place at Southwest Church on Friday, January 23rd at 3:00 PM, where students will load the Cardiff bus and head to camp. Pick-up will be Sunday, January 25th at 1:00 PM at Southwest Church.

The total cost of camp is $387, but Southwest Church has lowered the price to $250 per student. A $75 Minimum Initial Payment is required at registration and is non-refundable, along with all other camp payments. Students also have access to fundraising opportunities and must fundraise before being considered for any scholarships. To apply for financial aid, click here:

Winter Camp is open to all 6th–12th grade students. Registration closes January 19th, 2026, and space is limited—register your student as soon as possible to secure a spot!
